Naruto jutsu Abilities
Because of the demon fox sealed within him, Naruto has access to its great reserves of chakra, a form of energy which allows ninja to perform supernatural feats. This surplus of chakra allows him to perform ninja abilities that someone of his age would ordinarily be incapable of using. Though portions of the fox's chakra constantly mix with Naruto's own Naruto can forcibly draw upon its reserves by either submitting to rage or by directly asking the fox for a donation of its strength. Once the demon fox chakra releases, a fox-shaped shroud envelops Naruto, with the number of tails, ranging from one to nine, indicating its current state of release. While each tail drastically increases his fighting strength, Naruto begins to lose his rationality as more tails appear, completely losing himself once the fourth tail appears. Because the demon fox's power can quickly become a danger to those he cares for, Naruto attempts to limit his reliance on and usage of the power.
Naruto takes advantage of his expanded chakra reserves throughout the series. His first and most recurring example of this is the Shadow Clone Technique, which creates any number of physical copies of the user, but requires large amounts of chakra. Though most ninjas can create only a few shadow clones, Naruto's vast chakra allows him to create hundreds of clones at once without worrying about fatigue. He finds a number of uses for these clones, among them overwhelming opponents, scouting large areas, and training in a short period of time. His ability to summon toads to aid him in battle relies on the fox's chakra, since he can only summon larger toads with the fox's help. He also learns senjutsu, a power-enhancing ability derived from frogs and involving the gathering of natural energy.
Naruto favors the Rasengan, a concentrated orb of spiraling chakra first created by his father. When performing the technique, Naruto creates shadow clones to help him manipulate the chakra into its proper shape. While capable of grinding into whatever it touches and causing great damage, Minato created the Rasengan with the intention of infusing it with his own elemental chakra. Through repeated training with his shadow clones, Naruto infuses the Rasengan with his own wind chakra. This results in the creation of the Wind Style: Rasenshuriken (風遁・螺旋手裏剣 Fūton: Rasenshuriken), which damages anything it impacts on a devastating scale but, when first used, also injures Naruto's arm to a lesser extent. Through his sage training and mastery of Senjutsu, Naruto solves this problem by learning to throw the Rasenshuriken at his targets rather than ramming it into them

Naruto Jutsu
What is a Jutsu? Well, basically it’s an attack. Which means this sections is about the different types of attacks. Not the attacks themselves but the types (i.e. Physical Attacks, not a Kick). For each Jutsu type, we have supplied a description of what that type is and an image of a character using that type of Jutsu.
Doujutsu - This kind of Jutsu involves using ones eyes, and will recognize others Genjutsu, Ninjutsu, and Taijutsu techniques to form a counter attack. Two examples of Doujutsu attacks would be Sharingan and White Eyes. Typically the only people who are able to use Doujutsu attacks are people born into a family that already knows it. Because these attacks don’t require much chakra they can be used from long amounts of time, without tiring the user.
Genjutsu - These kinds of attacks use mostly illusions, and are performed to confuse the enemy; giving them visions and hallucinations. They’re mainly used if the user wants to run away or attack from a distance without the enemy knowing. Genjutsu attacks usually will require a lot of skill, and if performed incorrectly will not work. These types of attacks use up a high amount of chakra and need perfect hand seals. Because of this they’re most often used by a fighter with very high amounts of chakra or as a last resort.
Hijutsu - Also known as Bloodline Limit techniques, these attacks are limited to those who belong to a certain clan or are the only one able to perform the attack. An example of a Hijutsu technique is White Eyes. It’s only known by members of the Hyuuga Clan, and is only possible because of that clans bloodline limits. But techniques like Naruto’s sexy attack wouldn’t fall into this category. Yes, he’s the only person seen using it so far, but that doesn’t mean that no one else could use it if they wanted to.
Kinjutsu - Kinjutsu attacks are the techniques that have been banned or outlawed by the leader of a village. These kinds of attacks are usually ones that can do extreme amounts of damage and are dangerous if to fall into the wrong hands. It’s because of this that they are made illegal. In the first few episodes of the series, Naruto is shown stealing a scroll with many Kinjutsu attacks, this is how he learns the forbidden version of Shadow Divided Art.
Ninjutsu - Probably the most common Jutsu type, Ninjutsu uses hand seals and chakra to make attacks. The more control someone has over their chakra the more powerful they’ll be able to make a ninjutsu attack be. If the user is not able to fully concentrate while performing a ninjutsu attack it will not work successfully. A good example of a standard Ninjutsu skill would be the Body Substitute Skill. This technique allows the user to turn a regular item (usually a broken branch of some kind), into a real looking person. However, this person is only an illusion and cannot actually hurt someone.
Taijutsu - This type of jutsu really only uses ones physical strength, and involves a lot of hand-hand combat. Taijutsu attacks are typically very fast, complex and usually require no chakra. A good example of a Taijutsu user would be Rock Lee, who only uses this type of jutsu. Because these kinds of attacks use only physical strength and are so much different from the other jutsus, most counter attacks won’t work and thus gives the Taijutsu user an advantage.

NARUTO RASENGAN
Rasengan (Indonesian language: "lap spiral") is one of ninjutsu elite level A. Created by the Fourth Hokage / Minato Namikaze after three years making process. This technique does not require hand seal, but Chakra good control of the user. Rasengan destroy what about this and make a serious wound.
Chakra level of control that is required is very high because the teaching of this technique is made in three stages. The first phase of the Phase Rotation, trained with the play in the water until the water balloon is broken. Phase two, the Phase Power, trained by solving a rubber ball. The third stage is Phase Control, trained by combining the first and second phase so that a perfect round shape and compact. Jiraiya teaches Rasengan in the fourth Hokage and then taught to Naruto Uzumaki.
Almost all users of this technique using one hand to use it, but Naruto wear one or two kagebunshin / shadow to do so. Kagebunshin make use of a high-level techniques to control this in a little time.

Onoki: Muu sama and the Second Mizukage were bitter enemies, just like Senju Hashirama and Uchiha Madara. Even my granddaughter was a witness to that

1) Zetsu is going to persuade the feudal lords to stop being loyal to the ninja villages (e.g. offer their own help and protection)
2) The two guys with 9 tails' chakra are most likely the previous hosts of the beast.
3) I am really not sure about how awesome the next chapters are going to be. I believe Kishimoto never has had any experience with drawing so many charachters at the same time. The only example is probably the attack of the sand on the Leaf 9000 episodes ago. If this is the case,
a.the good guys will start getting their asses kicked
b. meanwhile naruto vs sasuke battle takes place
c. there is a 3-4 chapters of naruto and sasuke having their (insert weapon name) in each other nad struggling/discussing their lives
d. something happens that makes Naruto have the upper hand (Hinata gets her ass kicked/Minato gives a speech/Sakura cries *sighs* on the background).
e. Naruto gives a huge speech about the will of fire is unbendable (is there such word in english?)
g. a few epic episodes with how good guys SUDDENLY become stronger and kick the bad guys' asses.
e. Naruto sacrifices hhimself to beat Madara
d. end of series, Naruto's and Sasuke's graves next to each other. Sakura gives a speech about how those two helped her to become stronger (it took her about 600 manga episodes, two ninja wars, and sacrifices of those two to realize some universal truth).
PS I think that Sasuke might have some epic plan about how to lure Madara into some kind of trap to get him killed by Naruto or whoever, maybe he is doing all those things to become a hero like Itachi.
PSS Reread what I wrote, and realized I sounded too sarcastic.
I think the final scene of the manga is going to be just how I described it, and it is kind of sad.
